নববর্ষ উদযাপনের নামে নোংরামি: প্রশাসন নিশ্চুপ!!!

কিছুক্ষণ আগে এক বন্ধু ফোন দিয়ে বলল যে, ফেসবুকে “ঢাকা কর্ল গার্ল” নামে একটি পেজ থেকে নববর্ষ উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত সেক্স পার্টিতে অংশ গ্রহনের আমন্ত্রন জানানো হয়েছে। আইন শৃংখলা রক্ষা কারী বাহিনীর সহায়তায় পার্টিটি বন্ধ করার ব্যপারে আমি কোন পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারি কি না? বিষয়টি প্রথমে আমার কাছে বিশ্বাসযোগ্য না হলেও নেটে সার্চ দিয়ে পেইজটি খুজে বের করলাম। কভার ছবিতে কয়েক জন মেয়ের হাত এবং কয়েকজন মেয়েকে দেখলাম। সেখানে ইংরেজীতে লিখা আছে” ইটস ঢাকা কর্লগার্ল লিঃ, ফান উইদআউট লিমিটস, ইটস ১০০% গ্রান্টেড, কন্টাক্টঃ ০১৭৬৫৮৯৯৬০৩,০১৯৬৫৩২৫৮৩৫ ”

আমি পেইজটির পরিচিতি পেইজে প্রবেশ করে দেখলাম পেইজটি গত ২৩/১০/১২ এ খোলা হয়েছে। সেখানে উপরোল্লিখিত দুইটি নাম্বারসহ ০১৭৭৭০১৬৭৬৩ নাম্বারটি যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম হিসেবে দেওয়া আছে। তাছাড়া, পরিচিতি অংশে ইংরেজীতে “ওই হাভ ভিআইপি কর্ল গার্লস ফর ভিআইপি ক্লায়েন্টস অনলি, ওই হাভ ওন লোকেশন ফর ক্লায়েন্ট, প্লিজ কল ভিআইপি ক্লা ” কথাগুলো লিখা আছে।

তার একটু নিচে এই পেজের একটি পোষ্ট ” কাজ করবা? আর মাত্র ৩০ মিনিট আছে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার, সো দেরি না করে এখনি কল দাও”।

তার নিচে একটি ২৭ ডিসেম্বর পোষ্ট করা একটি ছবি। ছবির ক্যাপশনে লিখা “যদি পার্টিতে আসতে চাও, আর এনজয় করতে চাও গ্রুপ সেক্স, টাইম ওয়েষ্ট না করে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করতে হবে ২৭-১২-১২ সকাল ১০ টা থেকে ৩১-১২-১২ সকাল ১১ টার মধ্যে। আরো জানতে কল অথবা এস এম এস কর।” সেখানে আরো লিখা ” সরি সব সময় কল ধরতে পারি না, যদি কল না ধরি তবে কি করতে চাও তা লিখে এসএমএস কর, আমরা ফ্রি হলে অবশ্য কল দিব”।

গত শনি বারে পোষ্ট করা এক ছবিতে লিখে ” ওয়েব ক্যাম সেক্স করতে চাও? নো প্রবলেম কল দাও স্কাইপিতে। স্কাইপি রেটঃ ১০ মিনিট ৬০০ টাকা, ৩০ মিনিট ১০০০ টাকা। নো প্রবলেম, ঢাকাতে অনেক ফেইক আছে, আমরা তা জানি, যদি আমাদের সাথে কাজ করতে চান আগে আমাদের দেখবেন তার পর টাকা দিবেন। যদি আমাদের ভাল লাগে তাহলে টাকা দিবেন। আর টাকা ছাড়া কোন কাজ হবে না। কারণ অনেক ফালতু আছে যারা কাজ করে কিন্তু টাকা দেয় না।”

আমি পেইজে দেওয়া পোষ্ট গুলি দেখে প্রথমে ভাবলাম হয়ত ফাজলামি। তাই প্রথমেই রাব পুলিশের কাছে ফোন না দিয়ে বিষয়টির সত্যতা যাচাইয়ের জন্য প্রথম নাম্বারটিতে ফোন দিলাম। দেখলাম কল ওয়েটিং। কিছুক্ষণ পর আবার ফোন দিলাম দেখলাম আবারো ওয়েটিং। তখন ২য় নাম্বারে ফোন দিলাম। কিন্তু সেটি বন্ধ পেলাম। তার পর আবারো যখন প্রথম নাম্বারটিতে ফোন দিলাম তখন সেটি বিজি পেলাম। তখন আমি চিন্তা করে ” আমি রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করতে চাই” লিখে একটা এসএমএস দিলাম। কিছুক্ষণ পর কল দিলে একটি মেয়ে রিসিভ করল। আমি আমার পরিচয় দিয়ে মেয়েটির নাম জিজ্ঞেস করলে নিজেকে শারমিন এবং নর্থ সাউথ ইউনিভার্সিটিতে পড়ে বলে পরিচয় দেন। অতঃপর তাদের প্রোগ্রামের ডিটেইলস জানতে চাইলে মেয়েটি জানায় যে, গুলশান দুইয়ে তার নিজস্ব ফ্লাটে আজ রাতে গ্রুপ সেক্স পার্ট কাম ড্রিংকসের আয়োজন করছে। পার্টিতে অংশ গ্রহণের শর্ত কি তা জানতে চাইলে মেয়েটি জানায় যে, এখনি ২০০০ টাকা দিয়ে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। যদি রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করি তবে পার্টিতে কি ফ্যাসিলিটি পাব তা জানতে চাইলে মেয়েটি জানায় যে, আজ রাত ১১ টা থেকে ভোর ৪ টা পর্যন্ত তার বাসায় ড্রিংস করতে পারব এবং এক ঘন্টার সময় ব্যাপী তিনজন মেয়ের সাথে গ্রুপ সেক্স করতে পারব। তবে ড্রিংসের দাম এক্সট্রা পে করতে হবে। তারা শুধু দুইটা বিয়ার কমপ্লিমেন্টারি সার্ভ করবে। কোথায় পার্টিটি আয়োজন করছে তা জানতে চাইলে শুধুমাত্র গুলশান দুইয়ের কথা বলে। যদি আমি বিকাশের মাধ্যমে ১৫ মিনিটের মধ্যে ২০০০ তাকা পরিশোধ করে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করি তবেই তার বাসার নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানা বলবে।

আমি আর বেশি কিছু না বলে ০১৭১৩৪৪৪৩৩৩ নাম্বারে কল করে রাব হেড কোয়ার্টারে বিষয়টি জানিয়ে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার অনুরোধ জানালাম। দায়িত্বরত অফিসার রাব ১ এ যোগাযোগ করার পরামর্শ দিলেন। অতঃপর আমি ০১৭১৪০৯৩৫৪৫ নাম্বারে কল করে রাব ১ এ দায়িত্বরত অফিসারকে বিষয়টি জানালাম। তিনি ০১১৯৯৮১৬২১০ নাম্বারে কল দিয়ে গুলশান এলাকায় দায়িত্বরত অফিসারের সাথে কথা বলার পরামর্শ দিলেন। আমি উল্লেখিত নাম্বারে কল দিয়ে অফিসারকে বিষয়টি বিস্তারিত ভাবে জানিয়ে ব্যবস্থা নিতে অনুরোধ করলাম। তিনি বিষয়টি মনোযোগ দিয়ে শুনে বললেন যে সে মুহূর্তে তিনি কোন ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারবেন না। ব্যবস্থা নিতে হলে অবশ্য ওই মহিলার কথোপকথন রেকর্ড করে নিয়ে ক্যাম্পে গিয়ে আমকে লিখিত অভিযোগ করতে হবে । আমি তাকে মহিলার নাম্বারটি দিতে চাইলাম এবং তার সাথে কথা বলতে অনুরোধ করলাম, কিন্তু তিনি তাতেও রাজী নয়। আমি ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ফেইসবুক পেজের ঠিকানাসহ তখনি লিখিত অভিযোগ করতে চাইলাম। কিন্তু তিনি তাতেও রাজী হলেন না।

তাই বাধ্য হয়ে ফোন রেখে দিয়ে ব্লগ লিখতে বসলাম। সারা বিশ্বের মত বাংলাদেশেও সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা ও সুশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠায় ব্লগ একটি কার্যকর ভুমিকা পালন করছে। হয়ত ব্লগে প্রকাশনের মাধ্যমে এই লিখাটি প্রশাসনের উচ্চ মহলের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষন করতে সক্ষম হবে এবং নববর্ষ উদযাপনের নামে এরকম নোংরা কার্যক্রম বন্ধে প্রশাসন তড়িৎ ব্যবস্থা নিবে।
